# Automations

> Build powerful chat flows and workflows.

Automate your customer journeys using our intuitive, drag-and-drop **Flow Builder**.

## Workflow Components

* **Triggers**: Start a flow based on a keyword, a new contact, or a webhook.
* **Messages**: Send automated text, media, or template responses.
* **Conditionals**: Branch your flow based on user input or contact data (e.g., if "interested" then...).
* **Actions**: Update contact details, notify team members, or trigger external webhooks.

## Creating your first Flow

1. Navigate to **Automation > Flow Builder**.
2. Click **Create New Flow**.
3. Drag nodes onto the canvas and connect them to define the logic.
4. **Publish** your flow to make it live.
