# Team Inbox

> A centralized hub for all your customer conversations.

The **Team Inbox** is the heart of Automate Chats. it allows your entire team to manage messages from WhatsApp and other channels in one place.

## Key Features

* **Omnichannel Support**: Manage WhatsApp, and more from a single interface.
* **Member Assignment**: Assign conversations to specific team members to ensure accountability.
* **Collaborative Notes**: Leave internal notes for your teammates that customers can't see.
* **Contact Context**: View the full history and details of a contact while you chat.

## Using the Inbox

1. **Incoming Messages**: All new messages appear in the "Unassigned" or "All" tab.
2. **Replying**: Use the rich text editor to send text, media, or templates.
3. **Closing Conversations**: Mark conversations as "Closed" or "Solved" to keep your inbox clean.
