Workflow Components
- Triggers: Start a flow based on a keyword, a new contact, or a webhook.
- Messages: Send automated text, media, or template responses.
- Conditionals: Branch your flow based on user input or contact data (e.g., if “interested” then…).
- Actions: Update contact details, notify team members, or trigger external webhooks.
Creating your first Flow
- Navigate to Automation > Flow Builder.
- Click Create New Flow.
- Drag nodes onto the canvas and connect them to define the logic.
- Publish your flow to make it live.
