The Products module allows your organization to maintain a central catalog of goods, software licenses, service subscriptions, or billable items.

Key capabilities

  • Unique product code (SKU): Every product must have a unique code within your workspace. Attempting to create or update a product with an existing code triggers an HTTP 409 Conflict response.
  • Categorization: Group products into business categories (such as Software Subscriptions, Professional Services, or Hardware).
  • Units and pricing: Define unit measures (seat, hour, license, month) and standard unit_price.
  • Product custom fields: Attach specific attributes (such as SKU barcode, tier level, or support SLA) defined in product custom field metadata.
